Job Overview

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a key role as a versatile technical professional ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Responsibilities include routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to keep the hotel in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds of the hotel to detect defects and carry out necessary repairs and renovations.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment, lifts, and other technical installations within the hotel.
• Oversee the cleaning and upkeep of all exterior areas.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with external contractors, particularly in verifying maintenance work.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across departments to gain broader operational insights.

Candidate Profile

We welcome individuals with a background in hotel operations with manual abilities or tradespeople passionate about the hospitality sector. We prioritize personality and the ability to host with care.

• Completion of a technical apprenticeship and/or professional experience in trades or building maintenance, or a desire to transition into this career.
• Open, communicative, detail-oriented, and interested in technical aspects.
• Adaptable and creative with a strong commitment to high-quality work, even under pressure.
• A collaborative team player ready to assist across multiple departments, embracing a collective approach to success.
