Job Description
The Public Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the public areas to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. Key duties include:
- Adhering to Motel One's cleanliness standards in public spaces
- Supporting floor operations and assisting room cleaning staff, especially with laundry duties
- Working professionally and efficiently with external cleaning service providers
- Gaining cross-departmental experience within multicultural teams
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; openness to career change candidates is welcomed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
- High quality standards and guest service orientation
- Team player mindset with willingness to support other departments collaboratively
