Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Motel One's cleanliness standards in all public areas.
• Carry out various tasks on the floor, including support to room cleaning staff, especially handling laundry.
• Cooperate effectively with external cleaning service providers.
• Gain experience across departments by working collaboratively with our multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel, gastronomy, or cleaning sector is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with passion and willingness to learn will be considered.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and order.
• High awareness of quality and service standards.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and support multiple departments, as collective success is emphasized.
