Situated under an hour from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 diverse dining venues, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa, all positioned on a scenic island along the Arabian Gulf.

Role Summary

The Machine Learning Operations Engineer will play a key role in the Database Marketing team by deploying and maintaining machine learning models to support gaming marketing and player analytics initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and sustain machine learning models applied in marketing and player behavior analytics.
• Automate the operational processes of Data Science outputs to generate scoring, segmentation, and campaign-ready datasets.
• Guarantee high availability and reliability of model workflows through job scheduling, error management, and alert systems.
• Work closely with Data Scientists to convert new models for production, enhance runtime efficiencies, and stabilize systems.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines facilitating inputs, feature refreshes, and routine scoring executions.
• Execute quality assurance methods to detect data drift, model performance decline, and operational exceptions.
• Manage version control and maintain thorough documentation for models, pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Campaign Operations to ensure model results meet business logic, targeting criteria, and scheduled deployments.
• Coordinate with IT and infrastructure teams regarding computing resources, storage, and overall system performance.
• Support cycles of model retraining, testing, and phased deployment of updated algorithms.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies related to data governance and security.

Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related technical discipline.
• More than five years’ experience in Data Science, ML Operations, data engineering, or managing production machine learning platforms.
• Proficient in Python programming, SQL querying, and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or equivalents.
• Experience with cloud-based data infrastructure and platforms.
• Knowledgeable about machine learning model lifecycle management, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and version control systems like Git.
• Adept at converting analytical requirements into robust, production-grade workflows.
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments with frequent operational outputs on daily and weekly schedules.
