  • Employ large language models (LLMs) to expedite insight generation and automate narrative reporting processes.
  • Lead the Business Intelligence (BI) roadmap development by collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize impactful initiatives.
  • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of new data sources along with data collection methods.
  • Architect scalable, future-ready data processes that enable model enhancements without disrupting production environments.
  • Oversee, mentor, and develop a technical team ensuring clear goal-setting and timely delivery of objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Finance; a master's degree is advantageous.

  • Experienced in constructing automated dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Practical knowledge of cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks and familiarity with ETL pipelines.
  • Thorough understanding of gaming KPIs including ADT, theoretical win (Theo), hold percentage, reinvestment, as well as player lifecycle, loyalty programs, and campaign analytics.
  • Demonstrates a keen ability to identify trends, root causes, and meaningful data patterns by analyzing both qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Effectively communicates data-driven insights to executive and non-technical audiences through written reports and presentations.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and expanding technical teams, adept in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting stringent deadlines.
