Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Design and develop low voltage electrical systems and components tailored for automation projects.
• Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts using innovative engineering methods to solve complex challenges.
• Work collaboratively across functions to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations in line with operational engineering excellence frameworks.
• Develop, standardize, and contribute to industrialization processes and best practices to enhance manufacturing engineering capabilities.
• Translate product design needs into manufacturable solutions ensuring alignment with Design for Manufacturing principles in coordination with R&D teams.
• Select suitable electrical components and materials for system designs ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards.
• Troubleshoot design challenges during development and testing phases.
• Offer technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate actively in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain thorough documentation for all design activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product line management and front-end solution architects.

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing low voltage electrical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, E-Plan, and Etap software tools.
• Experience in data center projects is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with IEC standards and relevant safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English (speaking and writing).
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver results.
• Adept at working effectively in fast-paced environments.
