Job Location and Eligibility

Location: Mumbai or Hyderabad, India

Eligible Candidates: Any graduate

Qualifications and Technical Skills

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and demonstrate proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, HAP, Dialux, CG Lux, and MS Projects.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Possess over 5 years of experience in project management, operations, contracts, or design related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire safety, Low Voltage, and other related systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing system design, construction, and commissioning.
• Electrical systems expertise: Distribution components including substations, transformers, HV/LV switchgear panels, lightning arresters, protection systems, PCC, MCC, diesel generators; skills in protection and relay coordination, short circuit analysis, voltage drop calculations for cables and bus ducts using conventional methods and specialized software.
• Lighting calculation skills using both traditional methods and software like Dialux, incorporating AutoCAD drawings; earthing and lightning protection calculations for electrical systems.
• HVAC systems understanding covering ducting, piping, VRV, chillers, split systems, chilled water plants, cooling towers, radiant cooling, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, exhaust and smoke ventilation, basement and fresh air systems; familiarity with HVAC design software for heat load assessment and duct sizing.
• Fire safety systems knowledge including hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, piping, hose reels, detection systems, extinguishers, gas suppression, and curtains.
• Plumbing expertise involving water distribution, rainwater harvesting, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, storage tanks, hydro-pneumatic systems, irrigation, and water fixtures.
