Position Overview

The Lot Attendant within Dealership Operations is responsible for managing the organization, maintenance, and preparation of the dealership's vehicle inventory. This role supports service and sales functions by overseeing vehicle movements, ensuring lot presentation is impeccable, and aiding in vehicle inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport, move, and position vehicles throughout the lot and dealership premises to optimize space and accessibility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, showroom spaces, and service drive, ensuring a professional environment.
• Assist with the check-in process of incoming vehicles by performing basic visual inspections and reporting any issues or defects.
• Support dealership needs by transporting customers, retrieving parts, and assisting various departments as directed.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess strong skills in organization and maintaining accurate records.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Be at least 18 years of age and proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
• Willingness to occasionally work overtime or weekends for special events or programs.
• Physical ability to stand and sit frequently and to lift up to 40 pounds when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• The position offers hourly pay ranging from $16 to $17.50.
