About the Role

The Logistics Executive position focuses on overseeing seamless last-mile operations at the distribution hub. This entails managing on-time deliveries, supervising the delivery rider team, performing precise daily cash reconciliation, and analyzing delivery performance metrics consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive last-mile delivery operations for the hub, ensuring timely dispatch and optimized route planning.
• Supervise the delivery rider team, monitor their productivity, resolve field issues, and enforce team discipline through regular feedback.
• Oversee daily cash collection from riders, conduct accurate cash reconciliations, and maintain records in alignment with company policies.
• Track and evaluate delivery performance on daily, weekly, and monthly bases; monitor key indicators such as RTO rates; identify inefficiencies, and implement improvement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or a senior operational role, especially in last-mile delivery management.
• Demonstrated ability in leading delivery rider teams and managing cash reconciliation procedures efficiently.
• Strong familiarity with local city routes and adjacent regions for effective route planning.
• Experience preparing and analyzing performance reports on various timelines (daily, weekly, monthly) within logistics operations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data handling.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving capabilities, and team leadership skills.
