Supervisor - Offline Activation

About the Role

We are seeking a Supervisor to lead and expand our Offline Activation initiatives. This position requires identifying and prioritizing specific societies, parks, and other high-traffic areas for activation, organizing pharmacist assignments, and managing the logistics and overall operational needs to deliver successful on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess societies, parks, and hotspots ideal for activation campaigns.
• Develop and oversee the activation schedule for designated locations.
• Assign pharmacists strategically based on area coverage and customer demand.
• Manage logistics including equipment, supplies, scheduling, and manpower for activations.
• Lead and support the pharmacist team during activations ensuring smooth operations.
• Monitor activation outcomes and promptly resolve operational challenges on-site.
• Engage with society management and other relevant facility contacts to maintain activation access.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies and partners to support activation execution.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, quality, and timelines across all sites.

Requirements

• Must hold a B.Pharma degree.
• At least one year of experience in on-ground operational management and team leadership.
• Familiarity with logistics and managing operational processes.
• Basic skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to work across various locations on the ground.
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous activations and shifting priorities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate will have a pharmaceutical background combined with a solid operational focus. Comfort in planning activations, coordinating logistics, managing teams, resolving challenges, and ensuring flawless execution over multiple sites is crucial.
