Job description
About the Role
We are looking for a Pharmacist specializing in Lead Generation to join Truemeds at our Powai location in Mumbai. This role focuses on customer interaction to generate leads by understanding their requirements and promoting our product offerings effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly CTC of ₹22,000
- Take-home salary of ₹18,200 per month
- Joining bonus of ₹5,000 disbursed with the second month's salary
- Additional afternoon shift allowance of ₹1,500 monthly
- Performance Linked Incentives based on achieving targets
Work Schedule and Location
- 6 days working week
- Shift timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Office located on 6th Floor, Urmi Corporate Park, Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage telephone conversations with prospective customers
- Engage customers by asking pertinent questions to identify their needs
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions
- Keep abreast of product updates and communicate new offerings effectively
