Job description
Role Overview
The Picker / Packer will be based at the Truemeds Warehouse in Chennai, responsible for accurately processing medicine orders by selecting and packaging items according to detailed guidelines. This role is suitable for candidates with up to 2 years of experience and requires a minimum education of 10th grade completion.
Key Duties
- Identify and scan medicines in line with the order list.
- Precisely package orders in adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Verify product quantities, check batch numbers and expiry dates for quality confirmation.
- Support inventory management by maintaining shelf organization and participating in stock audits.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, hygiene requirements, and warehouse operational standards.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Basic literacy and competency in scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Capability to maintain high speed work output without compromising precision.
- Good physical endurance to handle demands of warehouse tasks.
Additional Information
Work will be conducted in shifts that rotate in accordance with operational needs of the warehouse.
