Role Overview

The Ireland Logistics and Warehouse Team manages logistics and transportation operations for the Dexcom site, handling materials related to the Dexcom G7 CGM systems that assist individuals with diabetes and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of finished goods, maintaining visibility, accuracy, and control from production to delivery through external partners.
• Analyze supply chain and operational data to detect trends, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports detailing transportation expenses, delivery performance, and inventory status to aid informed management decisions.
• Coordinate operations with external logistics partners and ensure compliance and timely processes.
• Suggest and implement process enhancements to optimize logistics and warehouse functions, targeting cost reduction and improved service quality.
• Maintain precise inventory control by performing scheduled physical stock audits and resolving discrepancies in warehouse records.
• Supervise inbound, outbound, and internal stock movements, ensuring they are efficient and comply with company standards.
• Track and report key performance indicators and operational metrics weekly to leadership, fostering accountability and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management roles.
• Excellent communication abilities with capacity to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
• Proficiency in warehouse and inventory management software, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities, especially in Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of trade compliance requirements.

Education & Experience

A bachelor's degree is typically required alongside 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
