Job description
About the Role
We are urgently seeking reliable and physically capable candidates to join our team as Loaders/Unloaders. This role requires handling the loading and unloading of products in coordination with the warehouse and operations teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load products onto trucks for dispatch.
- Unload incoming products from trucks.
- Organize, move, and stack goods in the designated warehouse areas.
- Ensure proper placement and stacking to maintain product safety and accessibility.
- Support the warehouse and operations teams in daily logistics activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards within the work area.
- Follow supervisor instructions related to product handling and shipment processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be physically fit to manage the manual labor involved in loading and unloading.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Demonstrate responsibility, diligence, and punctuality.
- Good teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Compensation & Schedule
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹13,000.
- Additional incentives up to ₹2,000 per month.
- Night shift working hours.
- Weekly offs provided on a rotational basis.
