About the Role
We are actively seeking Sales Officer Trainees to join our expanding team under CIEL HR Services. This role is open to fresh graduates and individuals with up to one year of experience holding a BBA, B.Com, or BCA degree with at least 60% marks. The position offers a one-year contract initially, with potential extension based on performance. The job location spans across Pan India.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in field and secondary sales activities to boost product sales.
- Manage relationships with dealers and distributors effectively.
- Drive order generation and meet sales targets consistently.
Candidate Requirements
- Must own and be able to use a two-wheeler for travel needs.
- Proficiency in English and a regional language for efficient communication.
- A strong sales orientation and motivation to achieve goals independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required by the role.
- Should not have any academic backlogs.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly salary ranges between ₹35,000 to ₹55,000 with additional fixed pay up to ₹6 LPA including travel and mobile allowances along with performance incentives.
Additional Information
The position involves a contract duration of one year and the opportunity for extension is contingent on satisfactory performance.
