CIEL HR, a forward-thinking HR services company with expertise in technology-driven talent acquisition, is seeking a Customer Care Representative Associate for its Gurgaon location. This role involves handling US-based inbound voice calls, emphasizing clear and fluent communication.
Key Responsibilities and Role Details
- Handle inbound US voice calls with professionalism and clarity.
- Exhibit excellent conversational skills during interactions, including engagement with interview panelists.
- Work in night shift timings from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM, five days a week.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a graduation degree in any field.
- Have at least six months of experience in an international voice calling process.
- Demonstrate strong communication and language proficiency.
- Be willing and able to work night shifts.
Additional Information
- Pick and drop facility is offered for employees working night shifts.
- Location of job is Gurugram (Gurgaon), India.
- Selection process includes face-to-face HR and operations rounds, mock calls, plus voice and accent assessment conducted solely in-person.
