Field Sales Executive

Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Field Sales Executive specializing in building materials including cement, steel, and paints. The role is based in Coimbatore with specific focus on areas such as Ramanathapuram, Karumbukadai, Thondamuthur, Selvapuram, and Pappampatti Pirivu.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads independently through self-initiative and references.
• Conduct site visits to comprehend customer requirements and deliver suitable product solutions.
• Provide engaging presentations highlighting the features and advantages of products.
• Perform consistent follow-up interactions with potential customers to convert interest into sales.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all sales activities, site visits, and generated leads.

Candidate Profile

• 0 to 4 years of experience in sales within the building materials sector or related fields such as cement marketing or steel sales.
• Graduation in any discipline is required; B.Tech graduates are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication capabilities to effectively deliver presentations.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Must be male, aged between 18 to below 30 years.
• Fresher candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Details

• Designation: Services Relationship Associate (Sales Officer)
• Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month plus Provident Fund and ESI benefits.
• Mandatory to have a personal bike for commute.
