About the Role
Jus' Jumpin Kids Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to take charge of CCTV monitoring from its Head Office. This role involves overseeing multiple store locations through surveillance and assisting in ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor CCTV feeds from several Jus' Jumpin stores centrally located at the Head Office.
- Keep track of employee actions and overall store activities to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Detect and flag any safety hazards, operational discrepancies, or violations of standard operating procedures.
- Observe and report on customer service interactions and staff conduct.
- Prepare daily reports based on observations from monitoring activities.
- Promptly escalate significant concerns to senior management for immediate action.
- Collaborate with the CCTV Operations Team to uphold store standards and policies.
