Job Overview
Seeking a meticulous Data Entry and Accounts Executive responsible for managing electronic records, handling foundational accounting duties, and executing regular operational audits. This position requires periodic travel to multiple company outlets to evaluate compliance with standard procedures and review cost structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily operational data, sales figures, and inventory information with accuracy into the company system.
- Keep financial documentation up-to-date by recording transactions using Tally accounting software.
- Conduct routine inspections at various company locations to ensure adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the validation of operational costs on site by monitoring expenses and identifying discrepancies for reporting.
