Medical Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Representative to join our team in Chennai. This role requires a graduate with 1 to 5 years of experience in medical representation. The candidate will be responsible for promoting platform usage among healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and guide users through platform features at doctor clinics.
• Plan the daily schedule to conduct 4 to 6 demonstrations or training sessions, adjusting based on territory size.
• Consistently follow up with doctors and clinic staff to enhance engagement and usage of the platform.
• Maintain accurate records of customer data including demo progress, registration information, and frequency of use.
• Provide training to clinic personnel such as assistants and receptionists on how to use the platform effectively.
• Monitor competitor actions and share valuable insights with the team.
• Support the online team by identifying appropriate customer segments for outreach.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any graduate degree is required.
• Previous experience ranging from 1 to 5 years as a Medical Representative is essential.
