About the Role

This position is for a Business Officer working with Greaves Finance, hired via CIEL Payroll on an off-role contract basis. The role will be based in locations including Hosur, Vellore, and Dindugal, operating during day shifts from 10 AM to 7 PM. The workweek comprises six days with one weekly off.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly in-hand salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 with additional incentives between ₹8,000 to ₹12,000.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age limit of up to 32 years.
• Both male and female candidates are eligible.
• Minimum educational qualification is Intermediate or Graduation.
• At least 6 months of experience in the loans department is mandatory; preference given to experience in vehicle or two-wheeler loans.
• Proficiency in the local language is required.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong sales, negotiation skills, along with an understanding of loan and finance products are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate from a two-wheeler showroom assisting walk-in customers.
• Explain features of Greaves Finance's two-wheeler loan products to potential customers.
• Guide customers through the loan application process, including documentation and verification stages.
• Establish and sustain robust customer relationships to enhance business development.
