The Hoxton, Shoreditch is the original location where the brand started, known for breaking conventions and doing things differently. Once a car park, it now features 210 rooms, The Apartment for meetings and events, and a vibrant open lobby, café, and restaurant where guests can enjoy the lively atmosphere of Shoreditch.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and serviced according to brand standards, maintaining excellent presentation and upkeep.
• Report any maintenance issues in guest rooms or floors using the KnowCross system promptly.
• Maintain adherence to brand and quality audit standards for all guest rooms.
• Manage the daily delivery and collection of linen and terry items.
• Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in storage areas, keeping these spaces clean and organized.
• Keep guest floors clean and well maintained at all times.
• Support the housekeeping team with various tasks as needed.
• Comply with Health and Safety standards, reporting any breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
• Handle cleaning materials properly, following COSHH regulations.
• Participate in all required training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and friendly approach at all times, especially when solving challenges.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, helpful, and responsive attitude towards guests.
