Key Responsibilities

• Manage requests from team members and guests by assigning tasks to relevant departments and monitoring follow-ups to uphold hotel standards.
• Maintain and update the computerized Work Order System, logging all service requests, coordinating their execution, distribution, and closure.
• Coordinate with Floor Supervisors to ensure rooms that are vacant and prepared are readily accessible to the Front Office.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls, including overseeing the alarm system functionality.
• Dispatch the suitable personnel to required locations and communicate with other departments and alarm companies as necessary.
• Oversee office traffic control duties professionally.
• Consistently project a courteous, positive, and professional demeanor to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to Hilton's high-quality service standards.
• Maintain composure and effectiveness during emergencies.
• Monitor guest supply inventories, prepare requisitions accordingly, and manage lost and found property.

• Experience in laundry or housekeeping is essential.
