Rendall & Rittner, a renowned Residential Leasehold Property Management company, invites applications for the role of Cleaner at The Heron, London EC2Y. This is a permanent position offering a competitive annual salary of £28,758.
Work Schedule and Location
The role requires full-time commitment from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, based onsite at a prestigious 36-floor residential tower featuring 285 apartments, along with amenities such as a car park, club lounge, screening room, and gym. The location is easily accessible via Moorgate, Barbican, and Liverpool Street underground stations.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to engage and inspire others.
- Comply with Health and Safety protocols specific to residential developments.
- Conduct regular inspections and cleaning with keen attention to detail, reporting any defects or safety hazards promptly.
- Foster teamwork by supporting colleagues and building positive working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
