Role Overview

We seek a Lifeguard who can uphold a culture of modern design and exceptional guest service. This role requires a dedication to personalized and authentic service, ensuring every guest receives attentive and seamless care. The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and welfare of guests using the hotel’s swimming facilities while maintaining a clean and secure pool environment. Additionally, the Lifeguard will assist the Recreation Department with various related duties and provide guests with helpful hotel information.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of internationally recognized CPR and Lifeguard certifications
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with and care for guests
• Experience working in luxury hotel brands internationally, demonstrating cultural adaptability
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to continually learn and grow professionally
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in English communication
