Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is looking for a dedicated and meticulous Accountant to join its Finance Department. The person in this role will play a key part in managing daily accounting functions, ensuring precise financial documentation, and contributing to the overall fiscal health of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain precise financial reports and records.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements as well as accounts receivable and payable.
• Handle invoice processing, payment transactions, and entry of journal records.
• Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Oversee and validate financial transactions according to company policies.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting tasks.
• Guarantee adherence to local regulatory requirements and Hyatt’s financial guidelines.
• Contribute to audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
• Protect the confidentiality of sensitive financial data.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent discipline.
• Have at least two years of practical accounting experience, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and various accounting software.
• Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills.
• Pay close attention to detail ensuring accuracy in financial tasks.
• Good command of English communication; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.
