About the Organization
Hyatt Regency Dehradun is seeking an Assistant Manager - Outlet to contribute to the effective operation of its outlet in alignment with Hyatt's global corporate strategies and brand expectations.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing the outlet's operations, ensuring it functions as a profitable independent unit. Responsibilities include maintaining Hyatt International's standards, optimizing guest satisfaction, managing within budgetary limits, and contributing to the financial performance of the outlet.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates should ideally hold a relevant degree, diploma, or apprenticeship in Hospitality or Restaurant Management. Experience requirements include at least two years in roles such as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain within hotels or large-scale restaurants recognized for high standards.
