Role Purpose
The Training Manager will manage the Training Department within the Human Resources Division, guaranteeing its seamless and effective functioning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a university degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Hospitality, or Tourism Management is preferred.
- A minimum of two years' experience serving as a Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in a sizeable organization is required.
- Strong presentation, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
