Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support platform capabilities and software products.
• Convert intricate business and operational requirements into scalable technical implementations.
• Manage software development end-to-end, including design, building, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
• Conduct troubleshooting and actively participate in incident management and service recovery.
• Proactively seek improvements in system performance, reliability, security, tooling, and development processes.
• Promote technical solutions supported by data and solid engineering judgment.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, engineers, and business units.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers through knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

• A degree, diploma, or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Extensive background in software engineering, ideally involving complex, enterprise-grade, or high-volume transaction platforms.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles across the development lifecycle, including design, architecture, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and application security.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with container technologies and orchestration systems.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Full-Stack Development: Proficiency with Kotlin, ReactJS, REST APIs, and contemporary web development frameworks.
• Backend Engineering: Advanced Kotlin programming, relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and experience with distributed systems and backend architectures.
