Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Hand for heavy duty cleaning to join our team in Sarnia, Ontario. This full-time, onsite role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facility areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect washrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in cafeteria spaces by wiping tables, chairs, and counters.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins and replace liners appropriately.
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing of office spaces, focusing on high-touch surfaces.
• Report any required maintenance or repairs to the supervising personnel.
• Complete any additional cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time.
• Capability to stand for extended durations during shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Successful clearance of a criminal background check is mandatory.
