Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring the sales floor through video surveillance and conducting personal checks.
• Preventing theft, vandalism, and other criminal acts within the store.
• Managing the issuance and processing of official police reports.
• Escorting individuals to law enforcement authorities as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably previous experience in security services or a comparable role; however, career changers are warmly welcomed.
• A clean police clearance certificate and sound knowledge of security technology.
• Strong sense of responsibility coupled with excellent communication and dedication.
• Good judgment of people and proficient conflict de-escalation techniques.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts from Monday through Saturday.
