About the Role

At REWE To Go, we aim to offer a seamless shopping experience at busy locations like train stations and airports by providing fresh and hot food options, premium coffee specialties, and healthy snacks for on-the-go consumption. As part of the REWE Group’s convenience division and Lekkerland, a specialist in on-the-go products, we focus on delivering an attractive assortment for customers anytime they need "to go" and "ready to eat" options.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the successful execution of sales concepts along with associated promotional and sales activities.
• Manage and track sales, costs, and inventory developments to ensure business objectives are met.
• Lead your team effectively, setting an example through competent management and fostering a culture of respectful and trusting collaboration.
• Take charge of product assortment planning and maintain quality management standards.
• Ensure flawless handling of goods and strict adherence to both legal and company regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed commercial training, ideally in food retail or system catering; a qualification as a certified retail specialist is advantageous.
• Preferably several years of experience in a market management or leadership position in sales or system catering.
• Strong motivation for performance, excellent organizational skills, and a results-driven approach.
• Proven leadership abilities, responsibility, and a strong sense of teamwork.
