Key Duties

• Support civil construction and maintenance tasks, including work on roads and drainage systems.
• Safely operate hand tools, small machinery, and equipment as per safety guidelines.
• Perform general laboring activities and manual handling jobs.
• Keep work areas safe, clean, and well-organized.
• Follow all council policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Construction Industry White Card.
• Valid Class C Driver Licence.
• Capability to perform physical labor outdoors under varying conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety in the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Previous involvement in civil construction or maintenance roles.
• Licences or tickets for relevant plant and equipment operation.
