Knowledge Transfer Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Transfer Specialist to join our team based in Eastern Saudi Arabia. The role involves facilitating the effective transfer of expertise and skills within the organization, primarily focusing on the technical knowledge related to Oil and Gas Plants. Candidates should have substantial experience and demonstrated ability to conduct training sessions and support departmental workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions to transfer technical knowledge and skills effectively.
• Support and improve departmental work processes and systems by sharing expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 15 years of diverse experience, with a minimum of 10 years directly related to Oil and Gas Plants.
• Proficient in delivering knowledge transfer and conducting technical training.
• Solid computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP systems.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
