Position Overview

The role of Kitchen Support Expert is essential in supporting various hotel departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and employee dining. These professionals assist with cleaning duties and basic kitchen preparation tasks. Responsibilities include preparing fresh linens and ensuring dining ware is spotless for guest use, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment like dishwashers and hand wash stations, and transporting dishware throughout the hotel to support seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to company policies as well as safety and security procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues, accidents, injuries, or unsafe situations to supervisors promptly.
• Complete all required safety training and obtain necessary certifications.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uniform at all times.
• Keep proprietary information confidential and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome guests in alignment with company hospitality standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships to help meet collective goals.
• Ensure quality standards and expectations are consistently met.
• Maintain physical activity including extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking; bend, twist, reach overhead and below the knees as needed.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as instructed by supervisors.
