Kitchen Support Expert

Position Overview

As a Kitchen Support Expert at Four Points by Sheraton in Da Nang City, Vietnam, you will provide essential assistance across multiple hotel departments, including kitchen, food and beverage, and employee dining areas. Your duties will encompass cleaning tasks and supporting basic kitchen preparations to ensure a smooth operation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, clean linens and maintain spotless dining ware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashers and hand wash stations.
• Transport dishware throughout the hotel premises to assist various departments.
• Adhere strictly to company safety and security policies; promptly report any maintenance issues, accidents, injuries, or potential unsafe conditions to management.
• Participate in safety trainings and maintain all required certifications.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and comply with uniform guidelines.
• Safeguard proprietary information and protect company assets at all times.
• Greet and acknowledge all guests following company standards with clear and professional communication.
• Cultivate positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure all quality and service standards are met consistently.
• Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods; perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, pulling, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds independently.
• Complete additional job-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• No formal education requirement; high school diploma or G.E.D. not mandatory.
• No prior related work experience needed.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications necessary.
