Guest Experience Expert

Position Overview

The Guest Experience Expert role goes beyond facilitating standard check-in and check-out encounters. It is about crafting a memorable and distinctive experience for each guest. Individuals in this position have the autonomy to actively engage in delivering a variety of services throughout the guest’s stay, from operational support and responding to requests to sharing local insights and assisting with luggage handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests through their entire stay by providing a broad spectrum of supportive services.
• Handle operational tasks and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from rooms or designated areas.
• Contribute to a smooth transaction process that enhances guest satisfaction.

Physical and Operational Requirements

• Remain active and mobile, including standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods.
• Navigate confined or elevated spaces and use stairs or service ramps as needed.
• Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with help.
• Engage in activities requiring bending, twisting, reaching overhead, or stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications are necessary.
