The Guest Arrival Expert plays a crucial role in shaping the first and last impressions of guests at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road. They orchestrate a seamless arrival and departure experience, guiding guests with personalized services, addressing requests promptly, handling operational tasks, and conveying local highlights to enrich the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Employees in this position are empowered to freely navigate their workspace, managing various operational duties such as processing guest transactions, responding to requests immediately, and preparing relevant reports. Maintaining a professional appearance and communication style is essential, alongside adhering strictly to company policies, safety standards, confidentiality, and protecting company assets. The role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting or moving of items up to 50 pounds unaided and heavier items with assistance. These actions contribute to ensuring consistency in excellent guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent. Prior work or supervisory experience in a related field is not required, nor are any particular licenses or certifications necessary for this role.
