Role Overview

Join the Dalata Hotel Group as a Kitchen Porter where you will receive comprehensive training through our dedicated Dalata Academy. This opportunity allows you to gain valuable skills in a supportive environment while working alongside experienced team members who can mentor your growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
  • Follow instructions from department managers and help oversee food monitoring.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of clean cookware, utensils, and kitchenware throughout shifts.
  • Ensure kitchens are kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold HACCP food safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a kitchen environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
