About the Role

As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will consistently provide courteous and efficient service to all hotel guests.
Responsibilities
- Manage Food & Beverage service operations strictly adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure prompt preparation and continuous upkeep of Food & Beverage areas.
- Maintain all Food & Beverage zones clean and orderly.
- Control environmental elements such as heating, lighting, as well as music or TV settings to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
- Deliver friendly, efficient guest service at all times.
- Enhance sales performance through effective upselling strategies.
- Complete daily SOP checklists to maintain high training standards among staff.
- Conduct daily and weekly cleaning tasks to uphold strict hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a hotel, preferably 3 or 4-star properties, though not mandatory.
- A background in working within busy or high-volume service environments.
- Proficiency in spoken English with strong communication capabilities.
- Experience using Micros POS systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated flexibility to work various shifts including midweek and weekends.
- Strong teamwork skills and a dedicated work ethic.
