Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality standards of housekeeping work to ensure exceptional guest room presentation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team of accommodation assistants and housekeeping personnel.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safety and HACCP regulations, both internally and externally.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness across all public hotel areas, including conference suites and leisure facilities.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance department to uphold consistent hotel standards.

Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an accommodation or housekeeping supervisory role.
• Exemplary organizational abilities to manage team and operational tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across departments.
• Flexibility and willingness to assist other departments as necessary.
