Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet regular guests by name, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food and wine to provide informed recommendations.
• Deliver service with friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
• Actively promote sales by upselling food and beverage options.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and restaurant areas.
• Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven prior experience in a similar role is essential.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
• Background in fast-paced, high-volume environments preferred.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Micros point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Hotel experience is an additional benefit.
