It includes the signature restaurant in partnership with SUSHISAMBA, which features a blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines focused on high-quality ingredients and striking presentations. The W Lounge serves as a social hub offering Gaelic-inspired food and innovative drinks. The kitchen also manages breakfast, room service, and event catering, giving team members the opportunity to discover their culinary passion.

Role Summary

The Kitchen Porter will play an essential role in maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency within the kitchen environment, supporting all kitchen areas and assisting with stock and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain kitchen cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, storerooms, tables, tools, knives, and cooking equipment.
• Receive and properly store deliveries, rotate stock to maintain freshness.
• Ensure cleaned utensils and wares are correctly stored and organized.
• Inspect and manage cleaned items by sorting and returning any soiled items for re-cleaning.
• Perform thorough cleaning and mopping of all areas within assigned departments.
