As a Bellman at our W Residences in Dubai, you play a vital role in ensuring guest arrivals and departures are seamless and memorable. Your proactive approach encompasses assisting with operational duties, responding to guest inquiries, completing necessary reports, and highlighting local attractions—all enhancing the guest experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive services guiding guests through their arrival and departure processes.
• Handle operational requirements and efficiently process requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate mobility and readiness to assist by standing, walking, and performing hands-on tasks throughout shifts.
• Safely move, lift, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, and more than 75 pounds with assistance.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets consistently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style to represent the brand effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior work experience or supervisory background required.
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary for this role.
• Physical ability to be on feet for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks.
