Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Porter based at The Seaburn Inn in Sunderland, you will be instrumental in supporting the kitchen team by upholding exemplary food hygiene standards. Your duties include managing the wash-up area, ensuring cleanliness of kitchen equipment, contributing to basic food preparation, and adhering strictly to cleaning schedules. You will collaborate with team members and customers, maintaining a professional, confident, and courteous demeanor at all times, as well as performing additional general tasks as requested.
