Overview
We are seeking a committed Kitchen Porter to join Restaurant Associates in Brighton on a full-time basis, working 40 hours weekly. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly while maintaining exceptional cleanliness and supporting food preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area at all times.
- Work efficiently to assist in the preparation of fresh food in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide chefs with all necessary support and resources to create fresh dishes.
- Assist in preparing quality drinks and serving food that meets high standards and excites customers.
- Act as an enthusiastic member of the team to foster a positive working environment.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I positively and help maintain the brand’s reputation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, handling, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations.
