Barista

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Barista to join Restaurant Associates in Birmingham on a full-time basis, contracted for 35 hours per week. In this role, you will craft expertly prepared coffees and drinks, delivering exemplary service to our customers. Shift Pattern

Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, full-time daytime shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare perfectly blended beverages and serve high-quality food that delights customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar work area.
• Handle payments via cash and credit cards accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Keep stock of clean mugs and plates well managed.
• Learn and apply knowledge about brewing techniques, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation.
• Ensure brewing equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues.
• Represent the company positively and uphold the brand image.
• Follow Food Handling and Hygiene standards strictly.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations.
