Role Overview
We invite applications for a motivated Barista to join Restaurant Associates on a full-time contract involving 40-hour weeks. This role focuses on crafting exceptional coffee drinks and providing excellent customer service within a vibrant team environment. Working Hours
Typically, shifts occur Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
Key Duties
- Prepare expertly blended beverages and serve high-quality food that satisfies customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar workspace.
- Handle customer payments including cash and card transactions.
- Engage positively as a team member and communicate effectively.
- Manage inventory levels of clean mugs and plates.
- Acquire knowledge about various brewing techniques, beverage blends, and food presentation.
- Inspect brew equipment functionality and escalate maintenance needs as necessary.
- Uphold the company brand by representing Restaurant Associates positively.
- Adhere strictly to food hygiene and handling guidelines.
- Follow all health and safety standards on site.
