• Communicate effectively with Kitchen Managers, Chefs, and team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic with meticulous attention to cleanliness and upholding food safety standards.
• Work efficiently under the pressure of a busy kitchen while maintaining composure.
• Manage time well and stay organized to meet the kitchen's demands.
• Understand or be willing to learn food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and kitchen procedures.
• Be physically able to stand for prolonged periods, perform manual handling tasks, and cope with busy service times.
• Show flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Act as a reliable team member who follows instructions and supports colleagues.
• Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not necessary as comprehensive training will be given.
