As a Kitchen Porter, you play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, enabling the chefs to focus on delivering bold flavors.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen remains spotless and prepared for busy service periods.
• Wash and maintain pots, pans, and kitchen utensils so chefs can continue cooking seamlessly.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, notifying when stock is running low.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when necessary.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to protect yourself and team members.
